BOOK BLURB

From bestselling author, Dr. Rebecca Sharp, comes a sexy, best-friend’s father forbidden romance…

๐…๐š๐œ๐ญ: Damien Milanovic was a pharmaceutical superhero, masked with gilded glasses and a starched white cape. Intelligent. Illustrious. Impermissible. He was the chemist who decided that curing cancerโ€”curing deathโ€”was worth the price of not living his own life.

ย

๐…๐š๐œ๐ญ: I was Lilith Montgomery, the smartest student in my class and the most popular girl in school. All I needed to graduate was to finish this chemistry internship with Dr. Milanovic. What I would learn would be invaluable to my future, but it wasnโ€™t the only reason I was there.

Lita T’s Review: 4.5 Stars

Hypothetically by Dr. Rebecca Sharp is a cute short story about a high school senior who has a massive crush on her best friend’s father. Lilith has to do an internship for school and her plan is to do it with renowned scientist Damian Milanovic, who has just discovered a drug to cure lung cancer and is also her best friend’s father. Damian knows he shouldn’t have these thoughts about his daughter’s best friend Lilith. She is way to young but she is smart and beautiful. When he is asked by his daughter to let Lilith intern with him, he knows it is a bad ideal but he says yes. Initiallyย  he was able to keep her at arms length but he can’t keep up the fight especially when Lilith takes advantage of a situation. The perfect short story.ย  A good story. Nice build up between the two. A explosive coming together that was extremely hot. A big letdown that eventually turns into a happily ever after. Truly satisfying. 4.5 stars for me. Slow simmer to a hot burn.ย
