Tempted is an angst driven book. The characters Drew Lawson and Bailey Jameson. Drew was called by a competitor about a favor he is asking for. He wants Drew to give Bailey a job and he will sell something that Drew wants.
Bailey is an ex addict, drugs and alcohol. Drew doesn’t think about it but gives her a job where alcohol is served. There is illicit drug use there too but Drew is trying to stop it. Bailey does a great job at Club Silver and staying away from her addictions until…..
Bailey is so unsure of herself as a woman and Drew is sure of their relationship. Therein the angst!
This was a good story and made for an angsty read. I enjoyed Tempted and am looking forward to reading more from this author.
