β€œOnce again Colette and Runow created a masterpiece. Their characters were incredibly relatable, the plot was engaging, and the writing was on point. I highly recommend Rebel Roommate. You don’t want to miss this! ” – Goodreads Reviewer

BLURB:

Growing up, I had one rule: stay away from my brother’s best friend.

Β

It was easy to follow. I spent my years avoiding the boys on the baseball team, studying hard, and saving every dime I could. When I was accepted to transfer into UC Berkeley, I need a place to live, and my brother had a free room off-campus.

Β

Win-win, right? Except, that best friend I was determined to stay away from is now my new roommate.

Β

My very naughty, very rebellious roommate, Wesley Knight.

Β

The boy who was once the bane of my existence with his constant teasing is now a drop-dead gorgeous athlete. He’s the life of the party, but I can’t have fun. According to Wes, no guys are allowed to talk to me.Β

Β

Well, two can play at this game. If I can’t date, then neither can he.

Β

It starts off as innocent fun. Some half-naked yoga, or a little flirting; until an interrupted moment of self-gratification turns things dangerous … for my body and my heart.

Β

Living with my brother and his best friend has me breaking all the rules. I just have to decide if the consequences are worth the reward.

Rebel Roommate: Falling for the Stars – Aquarius

This book’s hero is “the Aquarius – Challenging, Unpredictable, Inquisitive, Childish, Entertaining, Nocturnal, Independent, Noncommittal, Generous.”

I have been enjoying this Zodiac Themed Series. Each book is written in a different trope and the trope for this book is a – my brother’s best friend romance.

This is Wesley Knight and Stacey’s story. Wesley is Stacey’s brother best friend and they are off limits to each other. Stacey has moved in with her brother and Wesley so she can attend the same college they are all now going to. Of course Wesley and Stacey can’t stay away from each other after all Stacey has had a crush on Wesley as they have been growing up. Now grown you can just imagine why they can’t stay away from each other although, they did try!

I stayed up until the wee hours trying to finish this book because it was so good! I didn’t make it and finally went to bed only to get up early just so I could get to β€œThe End”. I loved reading Rebel Roommate and I love reading both Jeannine Colette and Lauren Runow’s books!

Here are the other 2 books so far in this Zodiac Series

Naughty Neighbor: Falling For A Libra
Charming Co-Worker: Falling for a Sagittarius

Lita T’s Book Review: 4.5 Stars

Rebel Roomate: A Brother’s Best Friend Romance by Jeannine Colette & Lauren Runow. They have done it again. Stacey has had a thing for her brother’s bestfriend for years. They have spend some special times together but to him she is Squirt. Stacey is now moving in with her brother and bestfriend for their last year in college. She is transferring in. A really good story that was truly emotional at times. Especially what Wes had to endure. His story will pull at your heart strings. Have your tissues ready. My heart went out to both Wes and Stacey. The two also had me laughing at times. The chemistry between the two is enough to burn down any building.Β  A 2 alarm fire. A story of forbididden love. This is an enjoyable series and each book is just as good as the other. I suggest reading the previous books in the Zodiac series if you haven’t already.Β  You will not be disappointed. I look forward to the upcoming books in the series. If they are anything like the previous ones, I know I will be trulyΒ  entertained and left with a smile on my face. 4.5 stars for me.
