Lita T’s Book Review: 5 STARS         

Bastard Bartender: A Friends to Lover Romance by Lauren Runow & Jeannine Colette. Gemini is the the next zodiac sign in the series. Let me start by saying if you haven’t read the previous books please do. All the other stories are absolutely the cat’s meow. Evette has had the worst luck with men so she comes up with this convoluted idea to date men based on the letter of the alphabet. With her wing woman and best friend Marie, they set out on this adventure.  Somewhere in the alphabet at a bar they come across a sexy, good looking, panty dropping bartender Nicolas. To bad Evette has passed the N in alphabet, he is a bad boy and someone she definitely wants to stay away from. However the two do strike up a friendship and he even helps her with her alphabet quest. Somewhere along the line things change between the two of them. The strange part about it was it was totally unexpected and surprised Evette and Nicolas. As always another entertaining story. The two authors do not disappoint. I was so into this story that I was shocked when I realized I was at the end. The interaction between Evette and Nicolas was so good and it was so much more than a sexual attraction eventhough that was there to. Another 5 star read for me.

Bastard Bartender: A Friends to Lover Romance and a part of the Falling for the Stars Series. 𝐀 𝐙𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐜 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬. Each book is a standalone and not connected to the other book. Other than it is Zodiac themed. This is Nicolás Antonio Santiago and Evette Lewis’s story!

While reading about this sexy lead character Nicolás I kept shouting in my mind…. Don’t be a player, don’t be a player…… and Evette handles Nicolás all wrong. I love reading books that make me get involved with the characters that I am reading about and this was one of those books.

I have really enjoyed reading the Falling for the Stars Series. Here is a list of the other books in this series. All 5 star reads in my opinion!
