My Always One (Lighter Ones #4) by Aleatha Romig. Before the start of this story, the author promised several emotions she said wanted the readers to feel after reading this story. She came through and delivered. A entertaining story. I am so happy she took what was once a short story and decided to bring these two characters to life. This story definitely deserved a full book. Bestfriends since 5 years old Marshall and Sami had developed a friendship like no other. It is a friendship that endured the test of time where no subject was off limits and the truth was always told. As teens one was a man whore and one was looking for the white picket fence with 2.3 kids. They had the ultimate friendship and they were determined to never cross that line. When Sami discovers her fiancé in a compromising position in their bed she suggest the unthinkable. Yes friends with benefits!!!! At first Marshall is hesitant with this suggestion. Marshall is very tempted but what if things go wrong. A really good story of bestfriends to lovers to more. I enjoyed this story from the beginning to the end. The two also showed how far they would go for each other and how bestfriends can turn into a true life partner. After reading this story I was left with a smile on my face. 5 star read for me.
