Oh wow Meghan Quinn! You had me laughing out loud and you had me crying! The Highland Fling is a fantastic book to read! Just the kind of book that I love from an author that I love to read.
This is Bonnie St. James and Rowan MacGregor’s story! There are several other secondary characters whom I loved too! Dakota Dalton is Bonnie’s BFF! Bonnie and Dakota decide they need to get away and there was a help wanted ad for a job in Corsekelly, Scotland for 6 months. They get the job and head to Scotland!
They meet some rather interesting people and perhaps some interesting animals too. I can’t say more but do remember the name Fergus!
Bonnie and Rowan don’t get along at first. Mostly because of Rowan. But of course that is what makes a good story when there is friction between the characters and then the sparks fly!
The Highland Fling is a must read if you love books that you become involved with the characters in the book. Another 5 +++ star read for me!
