Antichrist is the first book that I have read by this author. I have been seeing her name out there and she writes books in the genre that I love so I decided it was time that I read one of Amo Jones books.
After saying that I love reading dark romances I proceeded with a little trepidation. Especially after reading the note from the author and her warning. I canโt help but say I was a little scared to get started.
This is Niko Davis and Meraki Malloryโs story. Wow! After reading the story I will tell you it wasnโt as scary as I thought it would be. It is a very dark romance and a very good dark romance. Oh, do read the warning too and know this book is full of possible triggers.
I will definitely be reading more by this author! This was a 5 star read for a very dark romance.

Antichrist by Amo Jones. Meraki Mallory is a free-spirited young lady with a group of partying friends. Initially the story and the way it was told had me wondering where the author was going. Just hold on and all will be revealed.ย I really liked this story. It was more than I could have expected. I really don’t want to give to much of the story away. The synopsis was misleading to me and didn’t give this story the justice it deserved. When tragedy hit their close knit group, things were never the same. Now as an adult Meraki finds herself in even a stranger relationship than she was when a teenager. As more was revealed, what I thought was nothing like it seemed to be. And to make matters worse when Niko a very special friend from her group comes back to town, her life is really turned upside down.ย By the end of this book I was thoroughly entertained and impressed. This was an author I had read awhile ago in a series with her and several authors. However this is my first time me reading her solo project. Will definitely be reading more by this author. 4.5 stars for me.
