Two For The Show (One For The Money #2) by Skye Warren picks up at Daphne and Emerson’s wedding reception. Eva is dealing with Finn not only dumping her but now being pregnant with his baby. I was so looking forward to this book. I was wondering where the author was going to take this story. I was in for quite the shock. While reading this book I understood more about Finn’s struggle with his possible life sentence while sympathizing with Eva’s struggle with her feelings for him. Like her character Eva is there for everyone else. All I can ask is When will it be her turn. Of course I love the Morellis and the Constantines and the whole Midnight Dynasty series. Can’t get enough of them and whoever came up with the ideal of different authors writing stories about the different members of these families is a pure genius. Back to this story. What I wasn’t expecting was the ending of this book. Yes it ends on a Oh My moment and I wouldn’t thought that would happen. Much to my surprise there is another book and I am so glad there is. Having another book made this one even better. I am even more excited about the next book than I was about this book. Not quite sure what the author has in store for for Eva and Finn, one can only hope for a happy ending. I do know I will be along for the ride so I can see what the end will be. I give this book 4 stars. Bring on the next book.
