This is Ryot and Myla’s very sexy story. Their story switches back and forth from reliving the past to current times.
Ryot hasn’t a clue about what is going on in their marriage, or what isn’t going on. Things deteriorated so badly that Myla has now asked for a divorce.
Myla is a little vindictive but it is because she is hurt. She is just trying to protect herself from being hurt more and in her defense Ryot is clueless! Even though I realize what is going on between them. There were times when I really didn’t like Myla and times when my heart broke for her. I cried for their relationship.
I mostly listen to my books that I read by using the text to speech app on my phone so it was a great opportunity to be able to get to review the audio version for this book.
Jason Clarke and Stella Hunter were fantastic! I loved sitting back and listening to this book with actual people narrating rather than a computer text to speech reader! These two narrators made me feel all the emotions of what was going on!
This book has wrung out all of my emotions. I laughed and cried. I think I have a book hangover!
An added bonus that Meghan Quinn gives us, is that she brings in other character’s and locations from different series that she has written. I am going to give this book 5+ STARS and I highly recommend this book! It was so very, very good. Now I have a hangover to take care of and I can’t wait for Meghan Quinns next book!
