Lita’s Book Review: 5 Stars

Ruthless Reign (Royal Reflections Book 1) by Aleatha Romig. Oliver is a struggling actor who now finds himself at the crossroads of his life. Out of the blue he gets an opportunity so bizarre he can’t believe it. His agent informs him he is the dead ringer of a Prince in Molave and they want Oliver to impersonate the Prince.Thinking that this is a joke but can also be the opportunity of a lifetime, Oliver embarks on this crazy adventure. Lucille is the daughter of a US Senator and Baroness. She has lived a privileged life. Now she is the Princess of Molave. What started out as a fairytale is now a nightmare. Her Prince wined and dined her but once married he is now cold, abusive and uncaring. This was definitely a really strange storyline and I had no clue where the author was going with this story. Oliver aka the Prince of Molave Roman is doing his best in his role. Very few people know of his deception especially his beautiful wife Lucille the Princess of Molave. Yes there is a physical attraction between the two. Each has it’s own role to play. Like I said I didn’t know where this story was going. All I knew was the story was ok and I liked the characters and was interested in where the relationship between Oliver and Lucille was going. All I can say is hold on. When I got to the end the cliffhanger of this story is pure genius. I can’t wait for the next book. The ending left me with this story getting 5 stars from me.

Ruthless Reign is book one in the Royal Reflections Series.
Wow! Where do I begin? That is what I was left with at the ending of this book? This is Lucille Sutton and Roman Archibald Godfrey’s story.

Lucille married Roman and became Princess Lucille. There are several twists to their story but of course I can’t say. I loved their story, or is it their story? I guess you will have to read this tantalizing tale to know what those twists are.

I was hooked on Ruthless Reign from the beginning all the way to the end. Resilient Reign is next and it can’t come soon enough! For now I am giving Ruthless Reign 4.5 Stars.
