Drake is book number 5 in the Pittsburgh Titans Series. This series is a spin off from the Arizona Vengeance Series, which I think is a must-read series. This is Brienne Norcross and Drake McGinn’s story. Brienne is now the owner of the Pittsburgh Titans. She inherited the team when her brother, Adam died in the plane crash that also killed most of the Pittsburgh Titans. Brienne is recruiting for the team. Drake was a player that had been let go from the Buffalo Wolves let him go because of a scandal his ex-wife caused.

OMG there are so many quotes but here is one that pretty much explains the type of man Drake is!

I’m not a boy, and I’m not a toy,” he says with a smirk “I’m the big leagues, and I don’t scratch itches. I create them, then soothe them, then create them all over again. I’m the type of man who would make you beg.”

Drake is pretty brash with Brienne. He calls her “the ice princess”. But I am thinking she isn’t because then the sparks wouldn’t fly and let me tell you there were sparks.

I love the interaction between Drake and Brienne! Of course, this is a 5 STAR read for me! I have loved this series too! Next up is Cannon’s story and I for one can’t wait to read!

Drake (Pittsburgh Titans #5) by Sawyer Bennett. I really loved this story. Drake is everything. I love love love this story. Out of all the book from this series and the Arizona Vengeance series this is my favorite story. Drake and his story was the story I didn’t know I needed. You talk about swag . Drake has swag for days. He is every woman’s dream. When Brienne comes across Drake in his element with his biker gear I was a goner and from there. Oh my! Than when you see how he feels about his kids. Then there is the hurt side of Drake due to the how the league treated him because of his vindictive wife. The sexual attraction between Drake and Brienne was off the charts. And Drake’s cavalier I don’t give a flying flip attitude makes him even more appealing and sexy. Don’t get my started on the things he can and will do to a woman’s body. Drake is the ultimate alpha male with the body of a Greek God. Oh and his story is the cat’s meow too. I couldn’t get enough of the relationship between Drake and Brienne. Drake’s apprehension about the league, his coming back to the game, balancing his boys and his feelings for Brienne kept me entertained from the beginning to the end. I just can’t say enough. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Boy oh boy!
