I spent twelve hours writing algorithms for one of the largest companies in the world and then came home to work on a pet project of mine—feeding facts about the men I knew into a formula to find my perfect match before my twenties came barreling to a close.

 

But then a man knocked on my door and handed me some papers that turned my life upside down.

 

Apparently, a father I never knew existed had left me something in his will. That something turned out to be part ownership in a professional football team.

 

Next thing I knew, I was learning a sport I knew nothing about by spending time with the team’s quarterback who was out with an injury, a man who my formula would definitely determine was all wrong for me.

 

Christian Knox was too handsome and confident for his own good and could have any woman he wanted. Only lately the only woman he seemed to want was me.

 

But there was no way I was getting involved when I was now his boss, even if he was insanely gorgeous and had the dirtiest mouth I’d ever come across.

 

It would be wrong, wouldn’t it?

 

Probably. But you know what they say about things that are wrong…sometimes they feel so right.

OMG! What a great romance! I loved reading Christian Knox and Bella Keating’s story!

Christian is a quarterback for a professional football team. Bella is now the owner of this football team. Bella met Christian to lecture him about a problem of sexually harassing women that work for this football team. That was told by one of her wicked half-sisters and since Bella is now the owner, she should take care of the man harassing women.

Christian doesn’t give up trying to romance Bella. Bella thinks it’s wrong because technically he works for her.

I fell in love with Christian! What isn’t there to love about this sexy man? He is romantic, he is a truly beautiful man, personality and looks, must be great to have it all. And all he wants is Bella!

There is a huge twist that happens in The Game! One I didn’t see coming. Oh, and I think I want some Eau de Knox! I am a huge fan of Christian’s.

Of course, you need to read The Game. I highly recommend this book! 5+ feel good stars

 

The Game by Vi Keeland. Another 5 star read. This just might be my favorite book by this author. Bella is a math geek who has had a hard life. Inspite of that hard upbringing, Bella has done well for herself. When she inherits a football team from her supposedly deceased father, a man she never knew, her life takes a big turn. She now has to contend with jealous step sisters, lack of knowledge of running a team and all around out of her element. Her first day on the job has her mistaken her star quarterback for a pizza delivery man. Christian is intrigued with the new owner and when she doesn’t know who he is, the tomfoolery and shenanigans are not far behind. Yes there is a spark between Bella and Christian but due to the fact Bella is his boss it wouldn’t be appropriate for them to date. However Christian has volunteered to be help her when it comes to his teammates, who she can trust and who is on her side. Do to the time spent together, denying their feelings is getting harder and harder. Along with the sexual tension between them two, the story takes a more emotional toll as feelings are felt, secrets are revealed and truths are discovered. All around good book. Couldn’t put it down. 5 stars!!!
