Ooohhh I loved reading Vicious Hearts. It is the second book in the Dark Heart Series. In case you are wondering, Deviant Hearts is Book one and is Ares Drakos and Neve Kildareโs story. This is Cillian Kildare (Neveโs uncle) and Una OโConorโs story. Unaโs father is Seamus O’Conor, a very vile and wicked human being.
Cillian didn’t do much for me in book one. I really disliked him for the most part, but he does make a turnaround. Maybe he just borders on being a psychopath. He is the antihero of this story and I actually found myself liking Cillian. Una is a young woman kinda messed up from her childhood.
There is a big twist in the story. One that I felt was going to happen but didnโt know for sure.
There is even an HEA to this book! The next book is Sinful Hearts and is Hadesโ story. And I for one am looking forward to it. Canโt get here soon enough in my opinion.
Now for the Warning. That probably should have been the first thing. This book is full of crazy possible triggers. So, beware if you decide to read this book after-all it is a Dark Romance! 5 STARS for this one!
