Unexpected Bliss is the 13th book in the Nights in Bliss Series. Each of these books can be read as standalones. You can read this book now and then start back at the beginning. This is Hale Galloway, Elisa Leal and Sylvan โVanโ Deanโs story.
It was great getting back to the town of Bliss and all itโs crazy occupants. Especially Elisaโs father. But what I loved about the story is that even though Mel Hughes (believed to be Elisaโs father) believes in aliens, and that he was actually taken by aliens at one time. The town of Bliss is a very accepting town.
Not everyone in Bliss is in a mรฉnage relationship; there are several that are matched up with more than one mate though. Again, it is a very accepting town.
I love how an author will bring in a character or two of someone in another series. As in Jake who is Vanโs little brother. Jacob Dean was in The Men With the Golden Cuffs, Master and Mercenaries, Book 2. I didnโt read that book, but I am reading her Master and Mercenaries series: reloaded.
I love the town of Bliss and this series. With Unexpected Bliss having all the feels. The fun, the excitement, the thrills and twists. Oh, and the lovemakingโฆ.. Ooh la la! All this makes up a 5 STAR read for me! The best part all is the last words that Lexi put in this book is:
โThe entire town of Bliss will return.โ
