I am not going to give you a synopsis of this book because I feel that the authors do a good job of that but, I am going to give you a review of how I felt when reading this book.
I am speechless, shocked, gob smacked, stunned and a whole lot more adjectives than that! I love “dark reads” and this is probably the darkest one I have ever read. ABSOLUTELY READ THE WARNING before you pick this book up to read! There was a warning at the beginning of this ARC but, one I don’t see being printed as a warning for Amazon & Goodreads.
I have to say that while starting to read this book I wasn’t sure how much further I wanted to go because this book is so dark but, I was sucked into this vortex that said I have to keep reading “I See You” It is DARK, very DARK! But, written so well that I couldn’t put it down and I finished reading this book in a morning.
There are some story twists and turns that I didn’t see coming! Ker Dukey and D. H. Sidebottom can really write a story together and they proved it again with I See You!

OMG what a twist! What a dark book! Oh holy he** what an ending. I think this may be the darkest book I have ever read. Whoever reads this needs to be aware and if you do not like dark books then this is not for you!
There is a “happily ever after” but, not one I even thought of.

I have always had a passion for storytelling, whether it be through lyrics or bed time stories with my sisters. I wanted to be an actress growing up so I could live many roles but I learned early on that my mind was too active… I would want to change the script.I would watch films and think of ways they could have improved the story if they took another direction so i thought it best that i tell my own.
My mum would always have a book in her hand when I was young and passed on her love for reading, inspiring me to venture into writing my own. I tend to have a darker edge to my writing. Not all love stories are made from light, some are created in darkness but are just as powerful and worth telling.
When I’m not lost in the world of characters I love spending time with my family. I’m a mum and that comes first in my life but when I do get down time I love attending music concerts or reading events with my younger sister.
