Welcome to the new and improved home of TaSTy WordGasms!
1 year ago Tanya Rae had an idea to start this book blog on Facebook. She made a phone call to a friend, Nikki K, and asked her opinion. Nikki thought it was a great idea. Tanya had already decided she would invite her friends Tricia R and Shannon P to join her and invited Nikki as well (silly woman).Tanya had ideas about introducing new authors to the public and sharing her love of reading with like-minded people. Nikki had all kinds of silly ideas about websites and things and Tanya so you go girl! Together Tanya, Tricia, Shannon and Nikki embarked on this crazy adventure, not having a clue of what they were doing. But that didn’t matter, they had a love of books and a strong bond that carried them forward.
Not long after the blog was up and running they needed another reviewer as the ARC opportunities were plentiful and Tanya invited Lita T to join them. Lita is a reading machine and helped the TaSTy ladies move the next level.
Once again, they had more book offers than eyes to read, so they invited Theresa M. Now we were cooking with fire!
It’s been a year now and yep, we need more eyes, enter our newest TaSTy ladies, Lisa G and Bettina A. Now with 8 TaSTy ladies, we are ready to look towards the future of TaSTy WordGasms.
We thank all of the Authors, promo and marketing firms and PA’s that have taken this ride with us and trusted us to provide well written, honest and heartfelt reviews. But most of all thanks to all of the readers and followers that have continued to help us grow and become better at what we do.
We are on this blog because we love to read and enjoy each other. We don;t do it for profit or accolades, we do it for the love of the written word.
Now, I (Nikki), will speak for the other 6 ladies and say that Tanya is an awesome leader. Without her vision, none of us would be here doing this. And all of us would be missing out on hanging around with (I’ll be it on-line) 7 fabulous ladies. We have become a family and for that we thank our beloved leader, founder, friend and sister Tanya Rae!
