Blake’s life took a wrong turn one night on a dark road, but that wrong turn lead him on a path to his future. It leads him to Anne!

Known by his brothers in the MC as Hound, Blake never saw himself as a “white picket fence and a house with a dog” kind of guy. He never wanted an old lady let alone a wife. And when his life is forever changed by a tragic accident he certainly never saw those things being possible. But a trip to his condo on the beach to recover his spirit changes all of that.

Anne doesn’t live the life of an average 22-year-old woman. She still lives at home with her overprotective parents and is still doted on by her big brother, Adam. In an effort to prove to herself and the rest of the world that despite her limitations, she is capable of taking care of herself, she retreats to her family’s beach condo, alone. However, once Blake sees her sitting there in her yellow dress, she does not remain that way for long.
Anne helps Blake to see that his life is not, in fact over; it is only really just begun.

Ride It Out is a story about surviving tragedy and emerging victorious, about love opening new possibilities and finally about seeing the beauty that is right in front of your face. Aden Lowe and Ashley Wheels have written a sweet love story that will lift the spirits of even the most jaded soul.

I enjoyed the story and the spirit of this book. However, I do wish it had been a tad more detailed. There are certain aspects of the story I felt needed a bit more elaboration. That being said, I think the underlying message is inspired. I would recommend this book to anyone needing a softer story with just a touch of sexy heat. I rate this book 4 stars.
