A child of drug addicted parents who gets passed from one foster home to the next will undoubtedly have a hard time forging relationships. When the same child enters the military and loses his closest friends while fighting overseas in the sandbox the degree of difficulty goes up drastically. Mac comes home even more damaged than most but at long last he fulfills his dream of becoming a teacher. At school he meets Raine, another teacher, who is also damaged just in different ways. She has survived a cancer scare, infidelity and too many terrible blind dates to count. Can they heal one another or even find the courage to try? In Wildest Dreams, R C Boldt has brought to life a cast of characters that, pardon the pun, can teach all of us something. Mac and Raine are the odd couple that you pull for and also get completely frustrated with at times. Surrounding them are friends that I am so intrigued with that I can’t wait to read more from the Teach Me series. The Devil rates this 4.5 pitchforks

She currently lives on the coast of North Carolina but dreams of relocating to a tropical island.
