An Impossible World by S.P. Cervantes
Tanya Rae’s rating: 5 of 5 stars
Wow what can I say. I never saw myself loving Dystopian type books. But, I hung onto every word. I finally gave up reading last night because I had to get some sleep. The first thing I did in the morning was to read the last of An Impossible World.
Isabella (Belle or Izzy) Grey found herself no longer willing to put up with an abusive husband so, she ran away but, to what? This new world with all the dangers in it. Belle is a survivor and she finds others that are trying to survive as well. She also found K. J. (Keagan James) who vowed to keep her alive. And, there is so much more to this book but, I don’t want to give any spoilers.
This is a story of FEAR – How are they going to survive? There are lots of dangers out there and who is going to come out of this alive? LOVE – How do you find love out there with just trying to stay alive? REVENGE – I will let you find out on your own as to why the revenge. No spoilers here. STRENGTH – They become stronger with surviving.
There was a funny coincidence though, only to me. While reading one of the foods that they were eating was Spam and as I was reading it I realized that I was cooking Spam. So, this is one of the end of the world and new world foods.
I really enjoyed reading this book and even though I tend to shy away from Dystopian books I have found that I do love reading them.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. I give An Impossible World 5 stars.
