Lie To You (Forbidden, #2) by JC Valentine. Well the cat is out of the bag. What is a girl to do. Josephine didn’t expect this. She didn’t see this coming. She knew something was off and she couldn’t figure out what it was. Now she knows and has to make a decision. Her friends are few and she can’t run home to her parents. At a crossroad she has to decide if she wants romantic and sweet or rough and moody. I was on a rollercoaster ride right along with Joe. Outside forces were at play and you just don’t know who to trust or who to believe. I am liking the journey the author took me on with this story. I was and am just as confused as Josephine. I’m looking forward to the next book so I can see what the end will bring. Who is telling the truth and who is being sneaky and dishonest. Everything is not always fair in love and war. I give this book 4 stars.
