Foolish Lovers:An Enemies To Lovers Romance (Seaforth Billionaires Series Book 8) by Jeana E Mann is a cute story of Carter, who is a bounty hunter of sorts. Actually he is a womanizing man whore who has more issues than the law allows. Carter might be a lot of things but he is a loyal friend to Rhett. Rhett’s girlfriend has a sister that Carter would like to get next to, however Jo is off limits. Jo loves her sister which means she ends up in close proximity to Carter. Carter has an attraction to Jo, and Jo knows his reputation. She has an itch that she would like Carter to scratch. This was quite the journey that I truly enjoyed. Carter is a misunderstood individual with a heart of gold. His back story is enough to break one’s heart. Jo is just a hot mess. While trying to be there for her sister, she also has to deal with her father who has seemed to have checked out of life since his wife’s death. To make matters worse Jo is getting over a devastating break up from someone she thought was her future. Carter and Jo are a match made in crazyville. However the chemistry between them cannot be denied. A 4 star enjoyable read for me.
