Carnage: A Dark Revenge Romance (The L.O.R.D.S #5) takes us to Saint and the Spade Brothers. They have always had a present in The L.O.R.D.S series. Now we get their story. I was excited about this story since I had recently finished Book 4, Sabotage . We know Carnage is where people from the world of the L.O.R.D.S go to be punished, and once there, the only way out is usually death. Depravity is the name, and they are very good at it. Saint has had his eye on Ashyton to be his Chosen for a while. She has wanted Saint for just as long as she will do everything to get his attention even though she knows he can’t have her till his senior year. This story has a lot of overlap with the other books along with the characters. I honestly wish I had read each book back to back. This story has a lot going on, so pay attention, and a lot isn’t explained to the end. We were given bread crumbs until the conclusion. I wasn’t sure what I was going to rate this book. However, as I am writing this review, I have come to the conclusion that this story deserves a 5. This is a dark, kinky read, so hold on to your pearls. Really dark kink.
