Scorch (Wicked Vows # 4) by Jane Henry. Next up in the family is Viktor. He has had a thing for Lydia Ivanov was young. Some would say he was a borderline stalker. He has always loved her curves and has always protected her against her bullies. Now, as an adult, she is set to marry someone who has nefarious designs in mind for her. Viktor has gotten wind of it and has no intention of letting this marriage take place. And now that his brother is linked to the Ivanov crime family when he married Lydia’s sister, and her father is dead, new arrangements have been made. Viktor wants her for himself, and he will scorch anything and anyone who gets in his way. He has just one little problem. He has to convince Lydia that she is in danger and what her intended has planned for. Lydia also needs to realize that Viktor has the best of intentions regarding her, and he will do whatever he has to do to keep her safe and make her happy. I am really enjoying this series. I also enjoy how the girls also band together and each find their place in the family. I am looking forward to the next book. With the visit Viktor and Lydia received and the cryptic message they left; I can only imagine where the author will go from here. This story was a 4-star read for me. Who will be next?
