Lita’s Book Review: 4 Stars

Hannah and The Hitman by Vanessa Vale. This is one of the most ridiculous and comical stories I have ever read. I truly enjoyed this book. I laughed from the beginning to the end. When I thought this story couldn’t get any more ridiculous, it did. If you are looking for a deep, profound, literary novel, this book is not for you. But if you want to be entertained and have a really good belly roll laugh, then this is the book for you. Coming from Las Vegas, where Hannah was at a book signing, she finds herself sitting next to a really good-looking man in a very expensive suit. While reading one of her romance novels, she discovers Mr. Good looking has been reading over her shoulder. Hannah and her seat mate, aka Jack, strike up a conversation over her choice of reading material. Jack is already smitten with Hannah, and her choice of reading material has peaked his interest. There are just 2 problems, one he is a Hitman and 2 they live in 2 different worlds. I don’t want to give away too much about their story. All I will say is, Hannah was dumped by her sorry ex, he put all the blame on her, her self-esteem could use some lifting, and her family is beyond outrageous. Yes, Jack is a Hitman. He wants to pursue Hannah, and he has no clue on how to have a relationship. All he knows is the things she reads about in her books. He wants to make come true. Just enjoy. 4 hilarious stars for me.
