The first time I met Dawson Reed, we wound up in bed.

The problem was, neither of us knew the other were there.

When I woke up in the middle of the night and found a stranger next to me, instinct kicked in and I attacked the intruder.

Only it turned out, the man wasn’t an intruder at all.

Dawson had rented this cabin, too. Apparently, a system glitch allowed a duplicate booking.

We’d soon find out we were in town for the same wedding, and Dawson was the groomsman I’d been warned about. He was as tall, dark and jaw-droppingly gorgeous as my best friend had described. Though she was also right when she’d said you two will hate each other.

When daylight rolled around, Dawson and I attempted to straighten out the mess we found ourselves in. But it proved to be more difficult than we initially thought. Since it was a holiday weekend, there wasn’t a single room available for more than fifty miles.

I suppose things could be worse than sharing a cabin for a weekend with a handsome man you despise.

Like maybe him winding up being your new boss?

 

 

Indiscretion by Vi Keeland is the story of Dawson and Naomi, who end up at the same Airbnb for the same event.  Initially, I was like, not another couple meeting and sharing the same rental at the same time. I have read several books with the same premise. But no! Vi once again did not disappoint. She gave us so much more. Dawson and Naomi’s story might have started out as a cliche. However, their story morphed into so much more. I loved it. The story was over before I knew it. Hated it! Over oh to soon! Once again, I laughed my way through this story.  I was literally in tears at certain times.  Loved Dawson and Naomi’s journey.  I especially loved Dawson’s story. The build-up of his past and his relationship with his childhood friend brought depth to this story that truly tugged on my heart.  Dawson was everything. He was just yummy.  It’s a true goofball but a really good person. Naomi’s back story was also really good and added to just how good this story was. These two were just the cats meow. I could have read more about those two. The other characters in the story were interesting, and I want to know more about what happened to them.  It’s a real feel-good story. Oh! And of course, the sex between the two was hot hot hot!!! 5 stars for me. This author is like fine wine. Her stories keep getting better and better.
