The Arrogant One (The Weston Group #1) by Marni Mann is the story of Hart Weston. It has been a while since I have read one of her books. I have always liked her books, so I’m not sure why I stopped.ย Marni didn’t disappoint. I’m glad I decided to read this book. Hart, along with his siblings, own nightclubs and restaurants. While checking out the competition, Hart runs into Sadie. After one night of intense, mind- blowing sex, instead of a one night stand,ย it turns into more. There are several secrets and / or omissions that can derail this budding relationship. Since it was supposed to be a one night stand, Hart gave Sadie his real name of Lockhart, a name he isn’tcalled. Second, Sadie doesn’t know who Lochart is, aka Hart Weston.ย Hart doesn’t know that Sadie is Dear Foodie, an anonymous food critic whose reviews can make or break a restaurant or nightclub. As these two try and navigate their intense feelings while having these crucial secrets, I was truly entertained. The chemistry between Sadie and Hart was hot hot hot. The sex between the two was even hotter. The family dynamics were also entertaining. Each sibling had something about them, which made me want to know more. I look forward to readingย the next books in the Weston Group.ย Out of the brothers, the sister holds the most mystery for me. I really would like to know her story. 4 stars for me.
