Darkest Before Dawn is the 2nd book in this duology within a series. You need to read His Perfect Darkness first.
Rex Roy and Inara Ramosโ story continues. Inara is a detective with some psychic ability and Rex is a billionaire obsessed with Inara.
Inara is also submissive and likes a little pain to help her forget what happened to her and her family when she was younger.
Rex is very dominant, and he does overstep his boundaries at times.
Darkest Before Dawn was an enjoyable book to read!
