Cari Silverwood you have blown me away with Seize me From Darkness! You had me sucked in from the first paragraph and then took me on this wild ride. Jazmine a Freelance Journalist who was captured by Gregor (known for human trafficking and torture) for “The Client”. The Client wanted Jazmine to suffer the rest of her life. As you read you will find out why she was captured and tortured.
Pieter an ex-cop and mercenary who started working for Gregor failed at trying to rescue Jazmine and now they are both locked up and prisoners of Gregor and are both at Gregor’s & the “Client’s will. Gregor forces Pieter to rape and torture Jazmine. Pieter does the things that Gregor forces on him thinking at least he cares for Jazmine and will try not to make it worse than it could be.
Pieter and Jazmine are rescued by mercenaries and since she has seen them they can’t let her go. Besides Pieter doesn’t want to let her go. Pieter gives up a lot to save Jazmine and she can’t even be honest with him about her name or occupation. Pieter has always leaned towards the Sadist side and becomes even more of one with Jazmine and he won’t be happy until he owns her mind and body.
There are a lot of twists and turns in this book. Like I said it is a wild ride and things that I have never heard about before happen in this book. Things that I would never want to try. I loved this book. And, can’t wait to read more from Cari Silverwood.
Now for the WARNING: Seize Me From Darkness has a little of everything that a Sadist would want to do and is a VERY DARK BOOK. Non consensual sex, Tying up (bondage), Whippings, Canings, Needle Play, Piercings are just a few of the things done and there is more than what I named. Obviously this book isn’t for the “faint of heart” and if you don’t like reading about any of these things then this isn’t a book for you.
