Lita T’s Review: 5 STARS
Mayhem by Alexis Noelle is the next book in the Deathstalkers MC series. Let me start out with this maybe a tough read for some people due to the domestic abuse Jasmine had to suffer from the man that promised to love, honor and cherish her all the days of their lives. The abuse started out as a hit here and there but now she is no more than a slave. At the insistence of her husband she has but a few days to find a job and quickly. She has no experience since she has never had to work but he lost his job. Without a clue where to go to find a job let alone find one she is qualified for she happens to stumble into the club’s strip club. Cutter needs someone to help with the club. His office is a mess and he is lacking in organizational skill and the papers all over his floor and desk are an indication of such. Just so happens this young lady walks into the club who looks like she has not had a decent meal in a while and if you said BOO she would go running for the hills but there is something about her that makes Cutter gave her a shot even though she has no experience. Cutter knows something is up with Jasmine he just can’t figure it out but he is determined to considering he wants her. I can say that each one of these stories get better and better. I always love catching up on all the other characters from the previous stories. The Old Lady’s of the Deathstalkers MC are a tough breed who have been through a lot but come through stronger than ever and Jasmine is a perfect fit. The things she has endured are a prime example. A gritty story that keeps you reading from the beginning to the end. Hold on to your hats because this is one rough and tough ride. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. I give this story 5 stars. Can’t wait to see who will be next and how their story will unfold. Until next time.
Alexis Noelle lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with her husband, and three kids. On top a writing career, she is a full-time student and a full-time mom. She loves spending time with her kids, although she has to hide the computer from them when she is writing! She love being active and being outdoors, especially if it involves any kind of shopping.
She has always been passionate about writing. She loves to read romance books and feels like being able to lose yourself in a book is one of the more exciting aspects. The books she loves to read and write will be ones that make you feel for the characters. Ashley believes that you should have an opinion on every character in a book whether you love them, hate them, or think they are up to something. She also believes that the most important critic is your reader, so she loves to hear from the readers. She want her fans to be open & talk to her about what they want for the characters in the story, and what they would like to see happen.
