More Than Need You is the second book in the More Than Words series and this time it is Griffin Reed and Brita Stone’s story. And, I was so ready to read this book!

We were first introduced to both Griffin and Brita in More Than Want You. Griffin Reed is Maxon’s brother who he was estranged from in book one due to a BIG misunderstanding. Now they are back being friends as well as brothers.

Maxon had not abandoned his friend Brita (who had been Griffin’s girlfriend and the mother of his child). Griffin finds out because he was finally ready to listen to Maxon that Griffin is a father. Now Griffin intends to show Brita and their son that he is ready for the responsibility of being a father and he wants Brita back.

Griffin really does have a lot of making up to do and the story goes on from there. I don’t want to say more because I don’t want to give anything away!

I really enjoyed this story and it was good to see both Maxon and Keeley again in this story. You can read both books as standalones but why would you. There is a lot of back story in book 1. Plus, you get to read more of Shayla Black’s books. I think that Shayla Black’s books are MUST Reads!!!

There is no cliffhanger and More Than Need You has an HEA.

I now need to read Book 3, More Than Love You and this will be Harlow Reed’s story. She is the sister to both Maxon and Griffin.
