Grinding My Gears is book 2 in the An Off-the- Rails Ice Era Chronicle 1:30 a.m. series. It can be read as a standalone if you want but, why would you? I fell in love with 1:05 a.m. the first book in this series and I have looking out for book 2 for a while now. I still say I never ever thought I would be reading a Dystopian genre book and that I would be looking forward to Grinding My Gears.

Book 2 is Adams aka Gears story. He is a doctor and yet he can’t save himself and is dying from a heart condition. Luna saves his life. And, now their lives are interconnected.

Considering this is only the second book that C. M. Moore has written. He has done amazingly well. He kept me engrossed and interested throughout the story. Especially knowing the genre of this book. Grinding My Gears has action, suspense and romance.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. I give Grinding My Gears 5 stars. I am looking forward to book 3. I am hoping there will be one!

Hey! Thanks for sharing my book… and giving me a review! I totally appreciate it so much. I never planned on writing a story for Gears, but in the end, I am glad I did. I wanted to give him the kind of woman that would drive him crazy… but in a good sort of way! I hope you check out 2:05 a.m. and find out what happens to Gears’ adopted daughter.
