No Such King (Bloody Royals #1) by Coralee June. The King is dead and Christine has been summoned back home for the funeral by the Queen. While away from the kingdom Christine has finally found some happiness and sense of safety. However Prince August has been spiraling in the world of booze, drugs and women. Being in the tabloids for his antics is a given and a sex tape hasn’t helped. Now with the King dead he now has to pull it together to takeover for his father. The Prince is floored when he sees Christine and his hurt feelings for her leaving him have not only fueled his destructive behavior but has caused him to lash out at her. On one hand Christine just wants to go back to her queit life and back to school however her feelings for the Prince, Leo and Atticus have not changed and spending a little time with them would be nice. Each has always filled a hole in her broken soul. One thing is stopping her from leaving. The Queen has now decided she is to marry Prince August. I am not going to give you anything else regarding this story. Just sit back, buckle your seat belt and hold on for dear life. This story was more than meets the eye. Definitely didn’t see this story coming and the ending just took me to another level. So good!! I want the next book now. Hold on to your hats and get ready to clutch the pearls. A 5 star read for me.

No Such King is the first book in the Bloody Royals Trilogy. I started reading this book on the day it was downloaded to my Kindle. I kinda read things bass ackwards since I was supposed to start with No Such Fling. But I found out I just could have started with this book anyway. No Such Fling had a little bit more to tell about the story.

This is August, the Crown Prince, Atticus Dupont “is the villain that you love to hate”, Leo Winthrop, the guard, Lady Christine Abernathy’s story. No Such King is a reverse harem series.

August’s father was abusive, His mother, Queen Isabelle wasn’t the motherliest woman.

CoraLee June writes a great romance! I loved reading this book, the start of a new series. Once I started reading, I didn’t put this book down. It was a gripping story. There is intrigue, twists and turns, hotness too.

In simple words. I loved this book! 5 STARS for me!
