Cage of Ice and Echoes is the second book in the Frozen Fate series.

Wow what Frankie, Leo and Kody went through! I LOVE books that have me on the edge of my seat and biting my nails! This book is just that kind of book! There were twists and turns to the story that I didn’t see coming! Along with my 5+++ STARS rating. I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED reading this book and series.

I can’t tell you how hard it is now to wait for “Heart of Frost and Scars” the last book in this series and it looks like it will be here in August! Hopefully that is August 1st and not the last day of the month.

Cage of Ice and Echos (Frozen Fate #2) by Pam Godwin.  I have to say I read this book because I was interested in where the author was going to take this story.  The first book was a tough read for me. I was extremely upset over Wolf committing suicide and was hoping he had survived. Finally, Denver’s revelations piqued my interest, and I needed to know the answers.  Initially, I assumed this story was just going to be about a bunch of sex while Leo, Kody, and Frankie tried to survive  with not enough food and not enough heat since there was another book. I was so pleasantly surprised.  I read this book in one sitting and less than 12 hours.  What the 3 of them endured while trying to find food, something to keep them warm while trying to figure out Denver’s riddles regarding their survival, kept me hanging on by my fingernails. There was also more of Monty in this story. While trying to find Frankie, he discovered some things that had him rethinking what he thought to be true. This allowed us to learn more about who Denver really was and just how sick he was. I don’t want to give too much away regarding this story.  All I can say is hold on to your hats. Buckle up and brace yourself because what was revealed blew my mind. I don’t know how I’m going to last till August for the last installment in this series.  5 what in the heck stars for me.
