Lita T’s Review for Corrupted Book One: 5 STARS
Corrupted by Alexis Noelle is a departure from her regular books. This is the story of Lucy who is running for her life. At 14 she finds herself in a position that if she stays she will end up dead and if she runs she has a chance of getting away from her tormentors. When the opportunity presents herself she runs for her life and hides in a warehouse that happens to belong to a notorious MC. Prospect Travis and brother Twisted show up at the warehouse and find a scared and broken girl. Twisted wants to get rid of her since she is a minor but Travis want to help her. After the club takes a vote on helping Lucy she now is under the protection of the club until she is 18. Travis has fallen for the blue eye 14 year old and has been warned by the President not only not to touch her but he will not become a full member until she is 18 and he will be looking out for her. What happens between the 2 of them until her 18th birthday has been a long hard journey with some laughs along the way and a lot of sexual tension. Then when Lucy’s past comes back in the picture the story really departs from what I have seen from the author before. The story turned into a really dark and gritty story that at one point had me gasping. This was a really good story and I was pleased at the direction the author took the story. I was given an ARC of the book for an honest review. I give this book 5 stars.
Lita T’s Review for Heinous Book TWO: 4 STARS
Heinous (Deathstalkers MC, #2) by Alexis Noelle introduces us to Twisted. He is the VP of the club and never screws with the same girl twice. One night at a bar he meets this sassy good looking girl mouthing off to a biker. Instantly he is attracted to who he has named Firecracker due to her smart tongue and her fearless persona. Something about her has Twisted doing something he has never done before, go back for seconds. Nikki aka Firecracker has a secret that she is keeping from everyone. Yes she can afford to have a smart mouth in 2 months her life will change forever and her life will no longer be her own. She doesn’t care for bikers at all since she saw how the lifestyle destroy her mother but there is something about Twisted that has her going against what she said she would never do. Twisted has never had feelings like this before and he sure as heck never wanted to make anyone his “Old Lady” but that is exactly what he intends to do to Nikki. However he knows she is hiding something but he doesn’t know what. He too has secrets of his own. I truly enjoyed this story. This book is a series but can be read as a standalone. I always enjoy this author’s books and the stories she tells. She did not disappoint. Yes another hit. I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review. I give this story 4.5 stars. Oh FYI look out for the ending. It will knock your socks off.
Lita T’s Review for CHOAS Book Three: 5 STARS
Chaos by Alexis Noelle is the next saga in the life of the Deathstalkers MC. This is Torch and Tracie’s story. Torch has a thing for Tracie but she is resistant. She is still dealing with the rape plus her mother told her before she did not want her with a guy from the club or the life she lived. She wanted better for her daughter. Tracie tried dating a safe guy while trying to ignore her feelings for Torch the Sargent at Arms for the club. Torch has had his eye on Tracie for quite some time and all intentions of making her his. After a set of circumstances it seems he may have his chance with Tracie. However it seems the club cannot have any peace and once again someone is messing with the club and the members. This was the most emotional of the series. A story with a lot of twist and turns. I can say I don’t think I have cried that hard over a story in quite some time. A real tear jerker. Torch and Tracie are quite the couple. I enjoy this author and I have read quite a few of her books. This is the first series I have read by her. I can say each story in this series keeps getting better and better. I give this story 5 stars.
