Two lies.
Two men who don’t share.

I never stopped loving Cole. Not when he left me. Not when he disappeared for three years. Not when he crashed back into my life in a violent explosion of testosterone and fury.
His sudden reappearance questions everything I thought I knew, including how I came to love another man.

Trace is an intoxicating breeze of seduction over ice. My rock. My second chance at forever.
And he’s committed to annihilating the competition.

The battle that ensues wrenches me back and forth between them.
Fighting and fucking.
Resisting and submitting.

Together, they entangle me in a web of lies, rivalry, and desire that weaves as deeply as their devotion to me.

I love two men, and if I can only have one, I choose none.

Two is a Lie (Tangled Lies, #2)Two is a Lie by Pam Godwin
Tanya Rae’s rating: 5 of 5 stars

I couldn’t wait to start Two is a lie! This is Trace, Cole & Trace remains her steady. Cole disappeared for a while. Where did he go? Cole came back and looks unhealthy? Why was Cole being monitored? Robert Wright is Cole’s handler. Is it wrong that I kept thinking the solution would be to have a menage relationship?
If you want angst this book is full of it.

Two is a lie is book 2 in the Tangled Lies Series and I couldn’t wait to start it! Book 1 left us with a doozy of a cliffhanger! Trace Savoy and Danni Angelo are now engaged and wouldn’t you know Cole Hartman shows back up after 4 long years and he wants back in her life. Danni was finally getting on with her life. This leads to A LOT of angst. Two is a Lie is full of angst!!!
Danni now loves 2 men and she doesn’t know what to do. Of course, I said “why not have a ménage relationship”. But that is not what this book is about. So, don’t worry if those aren’t the type of books you like.

There are more twists and turns in this book and there was a little bit of drag through all the angst. I still loved this book in fact I was up until 2 am just to finish reading Two is a Lie. I love reading Pam Godwin’s books! You can really feel the emotions she writes about. I need to read book 3!!! Three is a War will be out on 9/1/17 and I can’t wait but, know that I have to.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. I give Two is a lie 5 stars.

Lita T’s Review: 5 STARS

Two is a Lie (Tangled Lies, #2) by Pam Godwin picks up where book 1 left off. Cole has come back after being missing and declared dead 4 years ago. Danni is now engaged to Trace who she has found out is Cole’s best friend. I could not wait for this book to come out. I was chomping at the bit. I really enjoyed book 1 and knew I would love book 2 as well. Danni is trying her best to make a decision as to who she wants to be with. She is mad as heck with Cole. As she learns more and more about Cole as well as what he cannot tell her regarding his job she struggles with the love that has never died. On the other hand she now has fallen for Trace but she is mad with him regarding being Cole’s best friend and keeping that secret along with what Cole does for a living. The struggle was real for Danni. She struggled to the point of illness but when a set of events happen Danni now is more confused than ever. All she knows is that she needs to get away from both of them and give herself some space to get herself together. I love the characters and especially how the author is telling this story. I read right through and was hot when I got to the end. I wanted more! I am so looking forward to the conclusion of their love triangle. Who will Danni pick or will she just go her own separate way leaving both men? Or will outside forces make the decision for her. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. I give it 5 stars.

The conclusion is coming soon!

Three means war.
Three sides vying for forever.

My first love.
The bad boy with the dangerous smile and passionate temper draws attention like a lit fuse on dynamite. But his dark molten eyes spark only for me.
